Mk5 passenger front door stuck need help. You can t do this without opening the door. You can get an oem lock actuator for about 50 100. The door being the only door in the car with a faulty power lock system.

Matto s done a walkthrough on this. This being the case the door lock module is at fault. If it isn t actuating from a signal sent to it from the ccm its because the mechanism is fubard in the door lock. You have to take the door skin off.

Im having an on and off issue with my 06 golf tdi. If it turns out that the lock actuator may be the problem we suggest replacing it.
