Mounting Solar Panels On Corrugated Roof

I have solar panel on my corrugated metal roof and not sure if the solar panel roof mounting is to blame as the rubber on top of the bolt is not covering the whole bolt head however there is a rubber between the corrugated sheet and bracket.
